Refund & Return Policy
At AquaPaws, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Note: Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by our error may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at aquapawsco@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during Final Sale or Clearance
- Personalized or custom products
5. Return Process
To start a return:

Once approved, we will send the return shipping address.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at aquapawsco@outlook.com for exchange requests.
